ink712 – Platform Usage Rules

By registering, accessing, or using ink712 services in any form—whether through the website, mobile app, or other provided channels—you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions fully and unconditionally.

If you disagree with any of the terms stated here, you are requested not to continue using the ink712 platform. Continued use following any changes to this document constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member") and ink712 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform"). This document applies together with the Privacy Policy and conditions Responsible Gaming which forms an inseparable part of this agreement.

To register and use ink712 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years upon registration. Our platform does not serve individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion or account suspension on the ink712 platform.
• Register under your own name using a valid, complete, and accurate identity and information.

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account on the ink712 platform. Holding more than one account as a single individual—whether under a real name or an alias—is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances within them.

Ink712 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time deemed necessary, including requesting supporting documents such as a national ID, passport, or proof of address. This process is carried out to ensure account security and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and all other login information. ink712 will never ask for your account password through any channel—including live chat, email, or phone.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security—available free in your account settings.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Contact the ink712 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Ink712 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from a member's failure to maintain the security of their own account. All activity conducted through your account—including transactions and bets—is considered to have been performed by the legitimate account holder unless reported to us before the activity occurs.

All deposits made to an ink712 account must originate from a legitimate funding source and be in the name of the same member who owns the account. Deposits from unidentified sources or in the name of a third party may be rejected and returned.

• Minimum deposit of Rp 10.000 per transaction for most payment methods.
• Supported payment methods include: local bank transfer, GoPay, OVO, DANA, QRIS, and prepaid credit.
• All deposits are processed automatically within minutes upon confirmation from the payment system.
• Failed or delayed deposits of more than 30 minutes must be reported via live chat with proof of transaction.
• Ink712 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, any transfer fees imposed by the payment service provider are the member's responsibility.

All financial transactions on the ink712 platform are processed through a multi-layered encryption system. ink712 does not store credit card data or banking information directly—all sensitive data is handled by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.

Members may withdraw their winning balance at any time as long as the account is active and not frozen. Withdrawals at ink712 are designed to be completed in under one hour on regular days.

• Minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Accounts must complete the KYC verification process before making their first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the ink712 account holder.
• Ink712 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require longer processing times of up to 24 business hours.

Ink712 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members, including a welcome bonus, cashback, free spins, and a VIP reward program. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the respective promotions page.

• All bonuses have rollover (turnover) requirements that must be met before bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• Bonuses are valid for one account per individual, per IP address, per device, and per bank account/e-wallet.
• Bonus system abuse—including coordination between accounts to unfairly maximize bonuses—is a violation that may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Ink712 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The VIP program has its own eligibility requirements and benefits, outlined separately on the VIP.

If any indication of promotional system abuse is found—whether intentional or not—ink712 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any wins derived from it, and to close the involved account without any obligation to provide compensation.

All games available on the ink712 platform use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system that ensures every game outcome is random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by anyone, including ink712 itself.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the member.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, ink712 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund the bets placed.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the member's screen and the server records, the ink712 server records shall be considered valid and final.
• Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits listed in the game information, which are subject to change at any time.

Ink712 operates as a platform that provides access to game services from third-party providers. For games from specific providers, additional rules from those providers may apply alongside these ink712 Terms and Conditions.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ink712 platform. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating more than one account (multi-account) for any purpose.
• Using unauthorized software, bots, automated scripts, or tools to play or access ink712 services.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system.
• Using an ink712 account for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Engaging in activities that infringe on the intellectual property rights of ink712 or its partner game providers.

Ink712 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting the personal data entrusted to us. The collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed separately in the Privacy Policy ink712, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

In general, the data you provide to ink712 is used to: verify your identity, process financial transactions, deliver support services, and send relevant promotional information (if you have opted in). ink712 does not sell or rent members' personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.

Ink712 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time deemed necessary—whether due to regulatory changes, internal policy updates, or platform service developments. All changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

For material or significant changes, ink712 will notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor changes that do not affect core member rights, updates may take effect immediately without separate notice.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the ink712 customer support team. Self-requested account closure can be processed within 1–3 business days after the request is received and all active transactions are settled.

Ink712 reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Found to have violated any provision in this document.
• Indications of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity are found.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.
• Requests from competent legal authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. In the event of closure due to inactivity, the registered email will be contacted before any forfeiture takes effect after a set period.

The ink712 platform operates under a recognized international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ink712 is registered and licensed.

In the event of a dispute between a member and ink712, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mutual discussion via the ink712 customer support team. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the arbitration mechanism designated by the relevant licensing authority.

You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual discussion shall be the international arbitration body appointed by ink712, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
